First time all year I've had any interaction with this otherwise quiet as a mouse neighbor.
"Hi, neighbor I rarely speak to. Here's a magazine that has a naked woman on it and is obviously the type of thing you enjoy reading."
But the cute umbrellas are a nice touch.
